Website www.peopleswashsolution.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”) is owned and operated by Peoples WASH Solution LLP, India. These terms and conditions, along with terms of use, disclaimer, and privacy policy, govern your relationship with Peoples WASH Solution LLP (hereinafter referred to as “PWS” / “We” / “us”). Your use and transactions on www.peopleswashsolution.com indicate that you have read and understood these terms and policies and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these terms and conditions. PWS shall be responsible for fulfilling your order, including but not limited to issuing invoices and delivering services to the recipient as stated on PWS website.
PWS gives you access to our booking of services for 8 hours (9:00 am-5:00 pm) a day, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) barring national and public holidays when office is closed. Any orders booked online or through Purchase Order/ Service Order/ Supply Order received post 5 PM and before 9 AM next working day, shall be considered to have been received at 9 AM next working day.
The website may not be available to you from time to time, for reasons, including but not limited to, unavoidable circumstances beyond our control or maintenance purposes. By reading this cancellation and refund policy, prior to booking any products or services with us, you acknowledge and understand this exception.
PWS reserves the exclusive right to add or discontinue any services from its website at its sole discretion. PWS reserves the sole right to amend/modify these terms and conditions at any time, as it may deemed necessary or desirable to conduct its business and deliver its commitment. Such changes shall be applicable as and when they are made available on the PWS website. You are requested to read these terms every time you visit the website for usage or transaction.
Warranty, Guarantee, Return Policy
PWS being a reseller and distributor of products and services to promote climate change adaptation in water, air, sanitation and hygiene (WASH sector), particularly for bottom of the pyramid markets, does not offer any warranty, guarantee or return, on its own to its customers, of these products and services.
Those products and services being supplied by PWS as reseller and distributor, that come from manufacturer with any warranty, guarantee or return policy, such warranty, guarantee or return policy shall be passed on to the customers by PWS in writing, while issuing Proforma Invoice, based on request as per issued Supply Order/ Purchase Order by its client or customers.
Cancellation Policy
For cancelling the online order for our products and services , the request has to be made at our official email pws@peopleswashsolution.com or at our official mobile number +91 9695405552 from your email ID and Phone number/WhatsApp used during registration and payment, while booking the order online. Similarly, for cancelling the order booked through issuing a Purchase Order/ Supply Order / Service Order, the request for cancellation and refund should be received at our official email address pws@peopleswashsolution.com or at our official mobile number +91 9695405552 from your email ID or Phone number/WhatsApp used in Purchase Order/ Supply Order / Service Order.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation within 12 hours of booking: Once your order is placed either online or through issuance of Purchase Order/ Supply Order / Service Order received to us by vide email / courier etc. and then cancelled within 12 hours of booking received of your order, as per protocol set in above para of cancellation policy , PWS will refund 70% of the amount received in its bank account after deduction of any payment intermediary charges such as Razorpay etc. (according to the product delivery or service order received).
- Cancellation after 12 hours of booking: Orders placed and cancelled after 12 hours of booking, will NOT be eligible for any refund from Peoples WASH Solution LLP.
We will contact you to notify you that we have received a request for cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund subject to your request falling in category 1 or 2 as above. If approved to be under category 1 as above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account of payment within next 7-10 working days.
Your participation as a customer in this service by reading this cancellation and refund policy and booking orders with us accordingly, is an acceptance of this cancellation and refund policy agreement by you or your organization for which the purchase order is being issued.

Conflict Resolution
1. Peoples WASH Solution LLP (PWS) retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally due to unforeseen reasons/ Force Majeure beyond its control and return the 100% payments made earlier in its account by customers while booking the order (without any interest, levies and penalties applied on money received) within a period of 15 days of receipt of such orders.
2. Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to the construction, meaning, scope, operation or effect of this Cancellation and Refund Policy or the validity or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration (Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996) and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties. All the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Lucknow, UP India, only.
